1999 WORLD SOLAR-BICYCLE RACE

COMPETITION RULES:
1. Speed Contest
After prerunning of 300m from the starting line, the average speed in the race zone (200m) will determine the winner. The fastest riders will be the First, Second and Third-place winners.
2. Marathon
This race shall be competed to cover 3 laps (31.256km/lap). The fastest riders will be the First, Second and Third-place winners.
